Monthly cycle: put on a new pair of lenses every 30 days; discard the previous lenses.
Hygiene: wash and dry your hands thoroughly before applying and removing lenses.
Maintenance solution: use a multi-purpose contact lens solution that provides protein deposit removal and microbial control.
