Before applying the lenses, wash your hands thoroughly with mild soap and dry them with a clean non-woven towel to avoid transferring germs.
Use a sterile multi-purpose solution or hydrogen peroxide system to clean, rinse and disinfect the lenses daily; never use tap water or saliva.
After each use, gently rub the lenses with a few drops of the solution, rinse thoroughly and store in the box completely covered with fresh solution.
Change the contact lens case at least every three months to prevent microbial build-up and maintain optimal hygiene.
